摘　　要：篮球规则的修改对推动篮球运动的发展有着重要影响.本文运用文献资料法,录像观察法等研究方法,对2018国际篮联新规则的要点进行了分析,并研究了其对篮球技战术发展趋势的影响.结论表明:新规则主要表现出提升比赛的流畅度与观赏性,技术犯规、打架等罚则更加公平合理,裁判员判罚更加准确等特点.对篮球技战术发展趋势的影响表现在,14s内的小范围进攻战术增加,对防守技术要求更高,杜绝恶意犯规与打架事件发生.The revision of basketball rules has an important influence on the development of basketball.This paper analyzes the key points of the new rules of 2018 fiba and studies their influence on the development trend of basketball skills and tactics by means of literature and video observation.The conclusion shows that the new rules mainly improve the fluency and enjoyment of the game,the penalty for technical foul and fight is more fair and reasonable,and the referee*s penalty is more accurate.The influence on the development trend of basketball skills and tactics is reflected in the increase of small-range offensive tactics within 14 seconds,higher requirements on defensive techniques,and the elimination of malicious fouls and fights.
