安肤止痒丸治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及其对患者血清IgE水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察安肤止痒丸治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及对患者血清IgE水平的影响。方法选取三亚市中医院皮肤科2016年10月至2018年3月收治的120例慢性湿疹患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者口服安肤止痒丸治疗,每日3次,每次6 g;对照组患者口服西替利嗪片治疗,每日1次,毎次1片。连续口服4周后,按国家中医药管理局《中医皮肤病学诊断疗效标准》评价疗效,同时比较两组患者治疗前后的血清IgE水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血清IgE水平从治疗前的(501.30±171.92) pg/mL降低到治疗后的(151.40±82.60) pg/mL,对照组患者则从治疗前的(502.32±170.01) pg/mL降低到治疗后的(321.01±84.78) pg/mL,治疗后两组患者的血清IgE水平均明显降低,且观察组降低较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安肤止痒丸能明显降低慢性湿疹患者血清IgE水平,临床治疗效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of Anfu Zhiyang pill on chronic eczema and its effect on serum IgE level in patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic eczema, who admitted to Department of Dermatology of Sanya Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to March 2018, were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. In the observation group, the patients were treated by oral Anfu Zhiyang pills at a dose of 6 g, 3 times a day. In the control group, cetirizine tablets were taken orally once a day, one tablet each time. After 4 weeks of continuous oral administration, the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the Diagnostic Efficacy Standard Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dermatology by the State Administration Of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the serum IgE level before and after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group, IgE decreased from(501.30±171.92) pg/mL before the treatment to(151.40±82.60) pg/mL after the treatment;In the control group, serum IgE levels decreased from(502.32±170.01) pg/mL before treatment to(321.01±84.78) pg/mL after the treatment;after treatment, the serum IgE levels of the two groups of patients decreased significantly, and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Anfu Zhiyang pills can significantly reduce the serum IgE level in patients with chronic eczema, and its clinical effect is significant.
