摘  要:S100蛋白因能在中性条件下溶解在100%饱和硫酸铵溶液中而得名,其为一个酸性的钙离子结合蛋白家族,S100A8/A9和S100A12均为该家族成员。最近的研究表明,S100A8/A9和S100A12与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有密切联系,并有望成为动脉粥样硬化性疾病预防、诊治的新靶点。本文将主要从S100家族中的S100A8、A9、A12等的结构、功能特性及其与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展进行综述。The S100 proteins are a family of acidic calcium-binding proteins, and the "S100" symbol prefix is derived from the fact that these proteins are soluble in 100%. saturated ammonium sulfate at neutral pH. S100 A8/A9 and S100 A12 are members of this family. Recent studies have shown that S100 A8/A9 and S100 A12 are closely related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and are expected to become new targets for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases. This article reviews the research progress in the view of structure,functional characteristics, and the relationship between S100 A8, A9, and A12 in the S100 family and their relationship with atherosclerosis.
