摘　　要：随着新闻传播事业的发展,新闻传播教育空前繁荣。面对社会和传媒生态的转型,新闻传播教育面临着机遇和挑战。要把握新闻传播教育的明天,必须深入研究新闻传播教育的前身今世、来龙去脉。新闻传播教育史的研究自成体系,其构成要素包括教育者、受教育者、教育手段、教育组织、教育制度和教育环境。这些要素之间的互动,推动了新闻传播教育的进步。要建设完备的新闻传播教育史体系,必须建设新闻史研究者的学术共同体、完善教育档案制度、重视收集教育文物、加强针对教育界老人的口述史研究,最重要的还是编纂新闻传播教育年鉴。多管齐下,才能收事半功倍之效。With the development of journalism and communication, journalism and communication education is unprecedentedly prosperous. In the face of the transformation of social and media ecology, journalism and communication education is facing opportunities and challenges. In order to grasp the future of journalism and communication education, we should study the predecessor, present life and context of journalism and communication education. The research on the educational history of journalism and communication has its own system, which consists of educators, educatees, educational means, educational organization, educational system and educational environment. The interaction between these elements promotes the progress of journalism and communication education. In order to build a complete system of journalism and communication education history, we should build an academic community of journalism history researchers, improve the system of educational archives, pay attention to the collection of educational cultural relics, strengthen the study of oral history for the elderly in the field of education, and, most importantly, compile the yearbook of journalism and communication education. Only by adopting a multi-pronged approach can we get twice the result with half the effort.
