摘 要:为了准确和快速地鉴定南瓜品种杂交种纯度,建立‘贝栗7号’南瓜品种的SSR分子标记纯度鉴定体系。基于24对南瓜SSR特异性引物对‘贝栗7号’品种亲本进行引物筛选,筛选出4对可扩增出差异片段的引物,再与F1代扩增出的片段进行对比,获得2对最优引物。最后通过大田和室内2种鉴定方法,对同一批次样本开展鉴定试验,结果表明,室内分子鉴定与大田鉴定符合率达99.97%,成功开展了鉴定技术的应用。In order to accurately and quickly identify the purity of pumpkin hybrids, a SSR molecular marker purity identification system for ’Beili No.7’ pumpkin variety was established. Based on 24 pairs of pumpkin SSR-specific primers were used to screen the parents of the ’Beili No.7’ variety, and four pairs of primers that amplified the differential fragments were screened, and then compared with the fragments amplified by the commercial F1 generation to obtain two optimal primer. Finally, the molecular identification and field identification rate reached 99.97%, suggesting the molecular method could be applied in identificaton of purity of ’Beili No.7’.
