心血管病高危人群检出率及影响因素分析——以心血管病早期筛查试点区为例

摘　　要：目的分析国家重大公共卫生服务项目心血管病高危人群早期筛查情况及影响因素。方法采用心血管病早期筛查试点区——湖北省赤壁市2015—2016年早期筛查的数据,对该地区13908名常住人口进行心血管病高危检出率及其影响因素分析。结果赤壁市心血管病高危人群检出率为21.2%。性别、年龄、户口类型、职业、睡觉时打鼾、白天易感到乏力和疲惫、糖尿病史、肥胖、超重、TC、LDL腰围等均是心血管病高危人群的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论男性、70~75岁人群、职业为农民、工人、超重、白天感到疲惫等是心血管病高危人群的危险因素。应该有针对性地开展健康教育,建议居民戒烟限酒、合理膳食、加强体育锻炼。此外,相关政府部门应定期进入社区进行宣传教育,增强居民对心血管病的认识,将心血管病的治疗战线前移,加强心血管病的一级预防和二级预防。Objective To analyze the screening rates and influencing factors of cardiovascular diseases high-risk population of national public health service projects.Methods A total of 13908 permanent residents aged 35~75 years were included.The high-risk rate and influencing factors of cardiovascular disease were analyzed byχ2 and logistic regression.Results The detection rate of high-risk patients with cardiovascular disease in Chibi was 21.2%.Gender,age,residence type,occupation,snoring during sleep,fatigue and fatigue during the day,history of diabetes,obesity,overweight,TC,LDL waist circumference were all factors influencing the risk of cardiovascular disease(P<0.05).Conclusion Male,70~75 years old,farmer,worker,overweight and daytime fatigue are risk factors of cardio-vascular disease.It is suggested that health education should be carried out in a targeted way,and residents should give up smoking and restrict alcohol intake,have a healthy diet and strengthen physical exercise.In addition,relevant government departments should regularly enter the community for publicity and education,enhance residents'awareness of cardiovascular diseases,move forward the treatment front of cardiovascular diseases,and strengthen the primary prevention and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
