摘 要:目的了解医生职业倦怠与过度检查行为现状,探讨两者的相关性。方法采用非随机抽样的方法,于2016年11—12月利用MBI-HSS量表对604名拥有开具医嘱权利的医生进行全国范围内的问卷调查。结果医生职业倦怠现象突出,其中个人成就感(PA)维度最为严重,共有91.6%的被试者出现个人成就感得不到满足的现象。医生过度检查行为问题严峻,仅有13.7%的被试者从未发生。过度检查行为对职业倦怠的影响差异有统计学意义,且在去人性化维度与个人成就感维度方面差异有统计学意义(P分别为0.033和<0.001)。结论过度检查行为会对医务人员自身产生影响,医生职业倦怠与过度检查行为之间具有显著相关性,政府及医院管理者需认清过度检查行为的危害性,采取措施减少行为的发生。Objective To investigate the situation of doctors'job burnout and excessive examination,and to prove the connection between them.Methods Using the MBI-HSS scale,604 doctors who had the right to grant medical advice were investigated nationwide from November to December in 2016.Results The doctor's job burnout phenomenon was prominent,and the PA dimension was the most serious.A total of 91.6%of doctors showed a lack of personal satisfaction.The problem of excessive examination of doctors was serious,only 13.7%of the doctors never happened.The effect of excessive examination on job burnout was statistically significant and the DE dimension and the PA dimension were significantly different(P=0.033,P<0.001,respectively).Conclusion Excessive examination will have an impact on the medical staff itself.There is a significant correlation between the doctor's job burnout and the over-examination.The government and the hospital managers need to recognize the harm of excessive examination behavior,and take measures to reduce the occurrence of the behavior.
