摘　　要：利用社会资本理论分析我国婚检服务过程中存在的诸多问题。采用文献调研、访谈、现场考察等形式收集资料。通过对我国婚前保健服务中宏观层面的内在与外在制度、中观层面的机构建设与协作、微观层面的社会参与及信任支持等进行分析,结合实际提出重构婚检服务制度、丰富婚检服务机构建设与协作、调动各方对婚检服务积极性认识等建议。This study aims to analyze problems in the process of premarital health check-up service in China using social capital theory.Data were collected in the form of literature surveys,interviews,and site visits.Based on the analysis of the internal and external systems at the macro level in China's premarital health services,institution construction and collaboration at the meso level,social participation at the micro level,and trust support,etc.,it proposes to reconstruct the premarital health check-up service system,enrich the construction and collaboration among premarital health service institutions,and to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties to the premarital health service.
