摘 要:隧道结构时有掉块、水害、底鼓、开裂等病害产生,衬砌掉块因其发生无预兆、严重危及行车安全的特点被称为铁路隧道首害。空洞、脱空等衬砌质量缺陷是导致掉块等病害发生的主要隐患。既有检测技术的局限性、施工期间环境的特殊性、混凝土多相混合的模糊性、工艺工法的隐蔽性,导致长期以来无法掌握混凝土冲顶的实际状态。经深层次分析拱顶空洞成因,针对性研发了衬砌灌注状态监测装置,设计隧道衬砌冲顶状态智能判释系统,形成高速铁路隧道衬砌冲顶质量智能化保障技术。该技术于京张高铁八达岭隧道开展试用,为现场提供实时指导依据,达到了降低衬砌施工质量缺陷、提升隧道品质的目的。Tunnel structure often generates such defects as chip off-falling,flood damage,bottom heave,cracking.Chip off-falling of lining is deemed as a principal defect because it happens without warning and seriously endangers the safety of train operation.Quality defects of lining such as void and cavity are major hidden dangers of chip off-falling.The limitations of the existing detection technology,the particularity of the construction environment,the ambiguity of the multi-phase mixing of concrete,and the concealment of the technology and construction method have led to the long-term inability to grasp the actual state of the concrete jacking.The researchers,with deep reason analysis of vault void,developed lining perfusion condition monitoring device and designed Intelligent interpretation system for tunnel lining,which forms intelligent quality guarantee technology of railway tunnel lining perfusion.The onsite trial of the technology was applied in Badaling tunnel of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high speed railway,and provided real-time guidance for the field,achieving the purpose of reducing the quality defect of lining construction and improving the quality of tunnel.
