摘 要:运营铁路隧道在列车荷载及构造应力等因素作用下常产生衬砌开裂、错牙、掉块等病害,给铁路运营安全造成潜在危害。以侯月线杨树庄1#隧道拱部衬砌病害整治工程为例,比选常用运营隧道拱部病害整治方案的优缺点,综合研究确定“凿除破损衬砌+支模+重新浇筑自流平混凝土”方案合理可行且能便捷实施。阐述自流平混凝土的特点及其施工工艺,并针对应用效果进行雷达检测,检测结果表明:采用自流平混凝土进行运营铁路隧道拱部衬砌加固施工可行且效果良好,可为类似铁路隧道拱部衬砌病害整治提供借鉴。Under the influence of train load and tectonic stress,etc.,the defects such as lining crack,uneven rail ends,and chip off-falling often occur in railway tunnels in service,which cause potential harm to railway operation safety.Taking the project of arch lining defect treatment for Yangshuzhuang Tunnel 1#of Houma-Yueshan line as an example,the paper compares the advantages and shortages of commonly-used defect treatment solutions for operating tunnels,and concludes that the scheme of“damaged lining removal+formwork+recasting of self-leveling concrete”is reasonable,feasible and easy to implement after a comprehensive study.The characteristics of self-leveling concrete and its construction technology are described,and radar detection is carried out to check the effects.The test results show that it is feasible and effective to use self-leveling concrete for the reinforcement of railway tunnel arch lining,which could serve as a reference for the defect treatment of railway tunnel arch linings alike.
