高龄脊柱结核患者手术治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高龄脊柱结核患者手术治疗效果.方法:通过对2011-2017年我院成功实施手术治疗的21例高龄脊柱结核患者的结果进行分析.比较手术前后的VAS评分、Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)、脊髓神经功能分级(ASIA分级)、白蛋白水平、病员满意度.结果:21例手术均成功实施,术中及在院期间无死亡病例发生,1例术后出现髂动脉栓塞,1例伤口感染.术后VAS评分、ODI、营养状况及脊髓神经功能明显改善,恢复快速、满意度高.同时随访结果优于非手术治疗组(对照组),病员满意度100%.结论:老年脊柱结核采用手术治疗可以缩短治疗时间、加快康复速度、提高生活质量和满意率.Objective Explore the experience of perioperative management of spinal tuberculosis elderly patients,in order to improve the rehabilitaton race.Methods 21 cases of spinal tuberculosis patients aged over 60 years old in our hospital from 2011 to 2017 were comparative analyzed.Pain scores(VAS),neural function classification(ASIA),Albumin levels,ODI,and patient satisfaction were observed.Results 21 cases were successful.No death occurred.1 patient had iliac artery embolization,and 1 patient had wound infection.VAS,ODI,Nutriton status and ASIA scores after surgery improved significantly.All cases recovered satisfactorily.Patient’s satisfaction was 100%.Conclusions The surgery for elder spinal tuberculosis patients can shorten the treatment time,speed up recovery and improve patient’s quality of life and satisfaction rate.
