南京地区1736例泌尿生殖道支原体感染及药敏结果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对南京地区某综合医院泌尿生殖道支原体的感染及耐药情况分析,为临床治疗提供数据支持.方法:收集2018年南京鼓楼医院1736例泌尿生殖道分泌物标本进行支原体培养及药敏分析.结果:1736例泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体阳性率为40.55%.其中,单纯Uu感染占31.27%,单纯Mh感染占2.07%,Uu和Mh混合感染(Uu+Mh)占7.20%.药敏实验结果分析,强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素对支原体感染敏感性较高;环丙沙星、氧氟沙星对支原体感染耐药率较高.结论:泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体感染率较高,主要以单纯Uu感染为主.分析支原体培养及药敏实验结果可指导临床医生选择合适的抗菌药物,从而避免耐药情况加重,提高治疗效果.Objective Through the analysis of mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in patients with urogenital tract infection in a general hospital in nanjing,then provide data support for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 1736 urogenital tract secretions from Gulou Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Nanjing University in 2018 were collected for mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity analysis.Results The positive rate of mycoplasma in 1736 patients with urogenital tract infection was 40.55%.Uu infection accounted for 30.01%,Mh infection alone accounted for 3.34%,mixed infection of Uu and Mh(Uu+Mh)accounted for 7.20%.Analysis of drug sensitivity test results,DOX,MIN and JOS were highly sensitive to mycoplasma infection.The resistance rate of CIP and OFL to mycoplasma infection was higher.Conclusion The infection rate of mycoplasma is very high in patients with urogenital tract infection,mainly Uu infection.The analysis of mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test results can guide clinicians to choose appropriate antimicrobial agents,so as to avoid aggravation of drug resistance and improve the therapeutic effect.
