相变凝聚冷凝再热消白技术应用分析

摘　　要：为消除燃煤电厂锅炉尾部白色烟羽现象,通过对多种消白路线进行研究,发现先冷凝再加热更适合企业选择。同时根据该公司特点,已安装相变凝聚装置,该技术不但使烟气粉尘含量降低到5mg/Nm3以下,还能对饱和湿烟气进行冷凝收水,已完成消白前期准备,通过加装烟气再热器最终达到消除白色烟羽的目的。本文章通过多组试验研究探讨各方面因素对烟气消白的影响,并为消白技术研究积累了广泛经验。In order to solve the problem of White Smoke in Wet Chimney,the company study multiple routes of eliminating white smoke.Finally,the phase transition condensate comprehensive treatment device in eliminating white smoke is the best to company.The device was applied in this company,it not only makes the content of dust below 5,but also recovers water from saturated flue gas.Then the gas through a flue gas reheater in order to eliminate white smoke.In this paper,several groups of experiments are used to make the relation of environmental factors and white smoke,it gains a lot of experiences to eliminate white smoke。
