摘　　要：莲属植物是双子叶植物纲睡莲科(Nymphaeaceae)莲亚科(Subfam.Nelumboideae)植物,是药食同源品种,既可用于治病及保健,又可食用。莲的可利用价值非常高,莲花、莲子、莲子心、莲房、藕节、荷叶、荷梗等部分都可药用,其所含有的化学成分主要包括生物碱类、黄酮类、多酚类和三萜类等。现对在莲属植物中发现的化学成分,以及其药理作用进行综述,为深入开发该属植物资源提供依据。Nelumbo plants can be used as edible and medicinal foods in China,which belongs to Subfam.Nelumboideae,Nymphaeaceae,Ranales.Each part of Nelumbo including its flowers,seeds,embryos,rhizomatisnodus,leaves and stems can be used for medical purpose.The chemical constituents of Nelumbo include alkaloids,flavonoids,polyphenols and triterpenoids,etc.In this article,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effect of Nelumbo were reviewed,which provided references for further research and development of Nelumbo plants.
