眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月郑州市第二人民医院收治的30例糖尿病视网膜病变患者。根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组15例。对照组予以眼底激光治疗,研究组予以眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率。结果研究组治疗总有效率(93.33%,14/15)高于对照组(66.67%,10/15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用眼底激光、羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fundus laser and calcium dobesilate capsule on diabetic retinopathy.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 30 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected from Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fundus laser, and the study group was treated with fundus laser and calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsule. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(93.33%,14/15) was higher than that of the control group(66.67%,10/15), the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of fundus laser and calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsule has significant effect on diabetic retinopathy.
