摘 要:【目的】通过分析湖南地区部队2019年4至6月腺病毒流行情况,探寻腺病毒在湖南地区部队流行规律,并总结有效的疾病防控措施及治疗方案。【方法】通过回顾性流行病学研究对2019年4至6月武警湖南某部队医院住院腺病毒携带者或腺病毒感染患者发病的时间、空间、人群分布进行研究。【结果】4月9日至6月10日累计核酸检测阳性率8.58%,5月21日至6月3日出现发病高峰,全体官兵易感。【结论】腺病毒流行可能与部队行政干预、疾病防控能力以及驻地气候、传染病流行情况有关。4至6月湖南地区部队仍存在腺病毒流行情况。【Objective】To explore the prevalence rules of adenovirus in troops in Hunan Province by analyzing its prevalence from April to June in 2019, and summarize effective measures of disease prevention and control and treatment programs.【Methods】A retrospective epidemiological study was conducted to study the time, space and population distribution of adenovirus carriers or adenovirus-infected patients in some hospital of PAP in Hunan from April to June in 2019.【Results】The cumulative positive rate of nucleic acid test was 8.58% from April 9 to June 10, and the incidence peaked from May 21 to June 3. All the officers and soldiers were susceptible.【Conclusion】The prevalence of adenovirus may be related to administrative intervention, disease prevention and control ability, local climate and epidemic situation. From April to June, there was still an adenovirus epidemic in Hunan troops.
