摘　　要：建设施工使用的混凝土预制构件产品种类资源十分丰富,常见的有在地铁工程、西气东输工程等隧道施工中高精度钢筋混凝土盾构管片的使用,在城市桥梁建设工程中预制拼装节段梁的使用,在高速铁路施工过程中预制清水混凝土饰面板的使用等。随着建筑质量需求的逐渐提升,混凝土预制构件的质量已经成为建筑领域备受关心的问题。At present,the concrete prefabricated components have been used in the construction,and the related product types and resources are very rich.The common products include high-precision reinforced concrete shield segments in the tunnel construction of subway project,west east gas transmission project,etc.,prefabricated segmental beams in the urban bridge construction project,and the prefabrication and cleaning in the high-speed railway construction process,and so on.With the gradual improvement of construction quality requirements,the quality of concrete prefabricated components has become the most concerned issue in the construction field.
