摘 要:主要研究早强剂在普通发泡水泥制品中的应用,选择与普通发泡水泥制品相适应的的早强剂。结果表明,单掺FeCl3、CaCl2所制备的发泡水泥制品的干密度较低;单掺LiCO3的早强效果较好。复掺实验中,以CaCl2为基础复掺的早强剂所制备的发泡水泥制品干密度较低;复掺CaCl2与LiCO3的早强效果较好。因此针对改善发泡水泥制品早期成型过程中的塌陷问题,可供选择的早强剂有CaCl2、LiCO3、FeCl3。This paper mainly studied early strength agents in the application of portland foamed cement products,selecting early strength agents which are adaptive with the portland foamed cement products.Studies have shown that mixing with FeCl3,CaCl2 respectively,the dry density of foamed cement products prepared is low,and mixing with LiCO3,the early strength effect is better.During the double mixing experiment,mixing with early strength agents of CaCl2 based,the dry density of foamed cement products prepared is low,and mixing with CaCl2 and LiCO3 together,the early strength effect is better.So to improve the subsidence problem in the preparation of foamed cement products,the selection of early strength agents is CaCl2,LiCO3,FeCl3.
