摘　　要：通过研究装配式建筑施工工艺,结合网络查询、市场价格的组成和建筑工程的组价形式,寻找适合当前预算的计量方式。为满足装配式建筑工程建设各方需要,建立和完善装配式建筑工程造价指标方案的研究,以合理且满足社会需求的有效工程造价,提高建设项目的投资决策率和投资效益。Through the study of assembly construction technology,combined with the current network,the composition of the market price and the form of construction project price,this paper finds the measurement method suitable for the current budget.In order to meet the needs of all parties in the construction,it is proposed to establish and improve the research on the cost index scheme of assembly construction projects,so as to reasonably and effectively meet the social needs of the project cost,and improve the investment decision-making rate and investment efficiency of construction projects.
