摘 要:为达到在生猪养殖过程中,通过精准获知猪进食剩余饲料量以达到精准饲喂的目的,本文提出设计并制作以STM32F103ZET6作为控制核心的麦麸厚度检测装置。该装置搭建的方波发生器电路以555定时器为核心,此电路产生的方波信号在经过极板间不同厚度麦麸后,接入以STM32为中控的输入捕获定时器,通过前期拟合数据,得到麦麸厚度,并在接入到STM32的TFTLCD屏幕上进行显示。通过测试,本文给出频率与麦麸厚度之间对应关系。试验结果表明,该装置可以对不定麦麸厚度进行测量和显示,对材料耗费少,环境要求低,为精准饲养的自动化奠定了基础。In order to achieve the goal of accurate feeding by accurately knowing the surplus feed amount of pigs in the process of pig breeding,this paper proposes a wheat bran thickness detection device based on the control core of STM32F103ZET6.In this device,555 timer is used to build a square wave generator circuit.The square wave signal generated by this circuit is connected to the input capture timer controlled by STM32 after passing through the different thickness of wheat gluten between the plates.Through the previous fitting data,the wheat gluten thickness is obtained and displayed on the TFTLCD screen connected to STM32.The relationship between the thickness of wheat bran and the frequency is given by testing.The experimental results show that the device could measure and display the thickness of wheat bran with less material consumption and low environmental requirements,which lays a foundation for the automation of precision feeding.
