微信平台管理围产期孕产妇对产后盆底肌康复疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的使用微信平台管理围产期孕产妇,观察对其产后盆底肌康复疗效的影响。方法本研究选取仪征市人民医院2019年1-5月期间的216例产妇,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各108例,两组产妇均需接受42 d产后盆底筛查及门诊盆底康复流程,对照组产后采用传统电话产后访视,研究组的孕产妇接受微信平台进行产前盆底肌康复宣教、产后筛查和盆底肌治疗管理。结果研究组与对照组相比,产后访视耗时减少,42 d准时进行盆底筛查人数(不超过1周为界限)增加、产后盆底康复治疗率提高、盆底肌康复好转率增加,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微信平台进行围产期孕产妇管理提高了盆底肌康复疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of WeChat platform management on the postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation in pregnant and lying-in women during perinatal period. Methods 216 cases of lying-in women in the hospital from January to May, 2019 were selected. And they were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. All the lying-in women in both groups needed 42 days postpartum pelvic floor screening and outpatient pelvic floor rehabilitation process. The pregnant and lying-in women in the control group received traditional telephone postpartum visit, and the pregnant and lying-in women in the experiment group received WeChat platform for antenatal pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation education, postpartum screening and pelvic floor muscle treatment management. Results Compared with that of the control group, the time of postpartum visit in the experiment group reduced, and the number of patients undergoing pelvic floor screening on time for 42 days(no more than 1 week as the limit) increased, the rate of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation improved, and the recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation increased. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion WeChat platform improves the therapeutic effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation by perinatal management of pregnant and lying-in women.
