摘　　要：目的分析哈尔滨市某校高中部流行性腮腺炎的流行特征及发生原因,为制定相应的防控措施提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法对此次流行性腮腺炎暴发疫情进行调查分析。结果哈尔滨市某校高中部共有96个班级,学生5012人,教职工367人。全校共发病118人,其中男性64人,女性54人,流行性腮腺炎病例总罹患率为2.21%(118/5332)。首发病例时间是2018年11月8日,终末病例病例发病时间是2019年1月29日,持续83 d。118例流行性腮腺炎病例中有明确含腮疫苗既往接种史人数为25人,免疫接种比例为21.19%。结论学校加强传染病防控管理,增强校医配备,及早发现传染源并有效隔离;做好日常健康教育工作,落实学生相应疫苗应急接种,保护易感人群,是预防和控制流行性腮腺炎暴发疫情的重要措施。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and causes of mumps in a high school in Harbin, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control measures for mumps. Methods The epidemic situation of mumps was investigated and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results There were 96 classes, 5 012 students and 367 staff in the high school in Harbin. There were 118 cases in the school, including 64 males and 54 females. The total incidence of mumps was2.21%(118/5332). The first case was on November 8, 2018, and the final case was on January 29, 2019, lasting 83 days. Among118 cases of mumps, 25 had a history of mumps vaccination, and the proportion of immunization was 21.19%. Conclusion In order to prevent and control the outbreak of mumps, the school should strengthen the management of prevention and control of infectious diseases, strengthen the allocation of school doctors, find the source of infection as early as possible and isolate it effectively.It is an important measure to prevent and control the outbreak of mumps to do the job of health education in daily, implement the corresponding emergency vaccination for students, and protect the susceptible population.
