摘　　要：目的探讨目标管理模式对分化型甲状腺癌合并乳腺癌患者并发症的影响。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院于2017年1月-2018年1月期间收治的100名分化型甲状腺癌合并乳腺癌患者,随机分为两组(按照随机数字表法),每组各50例患者,对照组患者进行常规管理模式,观察组患者在常规管理的基础上接受目标管理模式的干预。观察指标包括两组患者干预后的生活质量、心理健康、住院时间、并发症发生率、对相关知识的掌握度、对护理人员的满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的干预后的生活质量、心理健康均提升,住院时间、并发症发生率降低,相关知识的掌握度、护理人员的满意度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理模式能够改善分化型甲状腺癌合并乳腺癌患者的生活质量和心理健康,缩短其住院时间,降低其并发症发生率,提高患者对相关知识的掌握度以及患者对护理人员满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of target management mode on the complications of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and breast cancer. Methods 100 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and breast cancer admitted to the hospital from January, 2017 to January, 2018 were randomly divided into two groups(according to the random number table method),with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine management mode, and the patients in the observation group received intervention in the target management mode on the basis of routine management. The observation indicators, including the quality of life, mental health, hospitalization time, complication rate, mastery of relevant knowledge, and satisfaction with nursing staff after intervention. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of life and mental health of the observation group were improved after the intervention, the hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were reduced, the knowledge of the relevant knowledge and the satisfaction of the nursing staff increased, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Target management mode can improve the quality of life and mental health of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and breast cancer, shorten their hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the patient’s mastery of relevant knowledge and patient satisfaction with nursing staff, so it is worth promoting.
