摘　　要：在系统研究铁路运输设备技术改造项目的基础上,运用铁路建设项目经济评价办法与参数指标,并结合铁路技术改造项目自身特点,对铁路建设项目经济评价指标体系及内容改进。首次建立铁路技术改造项目投入产出流程图及投入产出评价指标体系,并对2个扩大再生产的技术改造项目进行实证研究,达到经济评价结果可反映铁路技术改造项目投入产出评价的目的。On the basis of systematic research on railway technological upgrade project,the paper uses the economic evaluation method and parameter index of railway construction project to improve the economic evaluation index system and its content in combination with the characteristics of railway technological upgrade project;The input-output flow chart and input-output evaluation index system for railway technological upgrade project are proposed for the first time.Finally,two cases are selected to verify that economic evaluation results can reflect the input-output comparison of railway technological transformation project.
