摘　　要：介绍中关村轨道交通视频与安全产业技术联盟首个中关村标准T/ZSA 68—2019《铁路车站及沿线用摄像机技术要求》的编制背景、主体内容及实施案例等,着重与Q/CR 575—2017《铁路综合视频监控系统技术规范》相关内容进行比较,为正确理解和使用T/ZSA 68—2019标准提供了参考。T/ZSA 68—2019标准较为准确地界定了铁路所需各类高清摄像机技术指标、技术参数和内外部条件,首次提出长焦激光摄像机的技术要求,通过制定铁路沿线及车站高清摄像机技术要求,为铁路视频监控系统的工程设计、摄像机的设备选型及检验提供依据。This paper introduces the compilation background,main content and implementation cases of the first Zhongguancun Standard T/ZSA 68-2019“Technical Specifications for Cameras Used in Railway Stations and Lines”.Focusing on comparison with Q/CR575-2017“Technical Specification for Integrated Video Monitoring System of Railway”,the paper provides a reference for the correct understanding and use of T/ZSA 68-2019 Standard.The T/ZSA 68-2019 Standard defines the technical indicators,technical parameters as well as internal and external conditions of various high-definition cameras required for railways in a relatively accurate way.The technical requirements for telephoto laser cameras are proposed for the first time.By stipulating technical requirements for high-definition cameras for railway stations and lines,the standard provides a basis for the engineering design of railway video monitoring system and the equipment selection and inspection of cameras.
