葛根素对富血小板纤维蛋白环境下MC3T3-E1 成骨细胞生物学性能的影响

摘　　要：使用葛根素干预在PRF环境培养的MC3T3-E1并检测细胞增殖、ALP活性及Runx2 mRNA的表达,激光共聚焦观察细胞形态。实验结果表明,葛根素在PRF环境下可促进MC3T3-E1增殖、伸展及Runx2 mRNA的表达。MC3T3-E1 cells were cultured with puerarin under PRF circumstance,cell proliferation,ALP activity and Runx2 mRNA expression and the cell morphology were respectively examined.The results indicated that puerarin,under PRF circumstance,can promote MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation,extension and Runx2 gene expression.
