摘  要:某特高压变电站一台主变压器发生故障,经拆解发现其升高座套管表面存在多处损伤痕迹。利用体视显微镜、光学显微镜、 SEM(扫描电子显微镜)以及EDS(能谱分析仪)等设备对套管表面各类损伤的形成原因进行分析。结果显示,套管表面存在金属熔融物、多孔状金属氧化物和沟壑状凹坑,表明损伤痕迹中同时存在放电痕迹、腐蚀痕迹以及刮擦痕迹。A fault occurred in the main transformer in a UHV substation. Through disassembly, it was found that there were several damages on the bushing surface of ascending flanged based. The causes were analyzed via stereomicroscope, optical microscopy, SEM(scanning electronic microscopy) and EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer). The result shows that there were metal molten materials, vesicular metal oxides and gully pits on the bushing surface, which means there were also discharge, corrosion and scratch signs.
