产业更新对近郊小城镇空间的重塑——以郑州市狼城岗镇为例

摘　　要：由于靠近都市区,近郊小城镇在服务城市、统筹城乡等方面都具有先天优势。面对当前逐渐形成的多元化产业诉求,其空间构成在产业更新与调整中也存在重塑的契机。文章结合规划实践,从区位、产业、空间三个层面对近郊小城镇空间的形成进行梳理,探究多元产业发展对其空间发展的影响及机制;提出通过统筹融合多元需求、充分挖掘自身资源、合理优化空间结构三个层面引导近郊小城镇空间重塑以实现城乡空间差异化、优质化和特色化的品质提升。Small towns in the suburbs are close to urban areas,so they have inherent advantages in serving cities and coordinating urban and rural areas.In the face of the current diversified industries,its spatial composition also has opportunities for reshaping in industrial renewal and adjustment.Combining with planning practice,this paper sorts out the formation of small towns in suburbs from the three levels of location,industry and space,and finds the influence and mechanism of industrial development on spatial development.Through the three steps of coordinating the integration of multiple needs,fully tapping their own resources,and rationally optimizing the spatial structure,we will guide the reshaping of space,and then realize the quality improvement of urban and rural spatial differentiation,quality and specialization.
