摘　　要：香港公屋的建设始于上世纪50年代初,为中低收入居民提供保障性住房。目前,香港已经兴建超过120万住宅单位,为超过300万的香港居民提供住所。文章以香港公屋住区外部空间为研究对象,根据香港公屋发展的四个阶段,就公屋大厦的基本类型、公屋住区的空间形式和设施配套等三方面分析香港公屋住区外部空间的特征演变,最后对外部空间特征及其设计策略进行总结,为内地保障房住区设计提供设计参照。This paper aims to analyze the external space development of public housing in Hong Kong.Spatial form and supporting facilities of residential areas are investigated to understand the evolution of external space of public housing.The characteristics and design strategies of external space are summarized,which provides reference for public housing design in mainland.
