摘 要:目的:探究高等医学院校医学生的父母教养方式与抑郁状态之间的关系。方法:使用父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对北京某医学院校2548名在校医学生进行调研,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:①相关分析表明,父母的温暖理解与抑郁得分显著负相关(P<0.001);而惩罚严厉、过分干涉、过分保护、拒绝否认等因子与抑郁得分显著正相关(P<0.001);②回归分析表明,父母教养方式对抑郁有显著的预测作用,父母的温暖理解可以显著负向预测抑郁得分(β=-0.334,-0.215;P<0.001),过分干涉(父亲)(β=0.053,P<0.05)、过度保护(父亲)(β=0.121,P<0.001)、惩罚严厉(母亲)(β=0.064,P<0.05)可以显著正向预测抑郁得分。结论:父母采用温暖理解的教养方式有利于降低学生产生抑郁情绪和状态的风险,父亲采取过分干涉和过分保护的教养方式,母亲采用惩罚严厉的教养方式,均会增加孩子产生抑郁情绪和抑郁状态的风险。Objective:To explore the relationship between parental styles and depressive state of medical students.Methods:A total of 2,548 principal medical students of a medical college in Beijing were investigated by using the parenting style questionnaire(EMBU)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:①Parents’ warmth and understanding were negatively correlated with depression scores(P<0.001).Parents’ severe punishment,excessive interference,excessive interference and rejection were positively correlated with depression scores(P<0.001).②Parenting styles had a significant predictive effect on depression.Parents’ warmth and understanding both had a negative impact on depression scores(β=-0.334,-0.215;P<0.001),while excessive intervention(father)(β=0.053;P<0.05),excessive interference(father)(β=0.121;P<0.001)and severe punishment(mother)(β=0.064;P<0.05)had a positive impact on depression scores.Conclusion:Parents’ warmth and understanding is conducive to reducing the risk of students’ depressive mood and state.Fathers’ excessive interference,excessive interference and mothers’ severe punishment will increase the risk of children’s depression mood and state.
