生活事件对芜湖市事业单位工作人员心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的:调查事业单位工作人员心理健康的现状,了解生活事件对事业单位工作人员心理健康的影响。方法:本研究采用问卷法对芜湖市5所事业单位321名工作人员进行生活事件及心理健康状况调查,分析性别、年龄、婚姻状况、职务、工作年限、收入等的分布差异,并进一步探索事业单位工作人员的性别、年龄、工作年限、生活事件等因素对心理健康的影响。结果:事业单位工作人员心理健康状况的总体情况较好(121.59±22.02);事业单位工作人员心理健康水平在性别(t=9.46,P<0.01)、年龄阶段(F=2.49,P<0.05)、婚姻状况(t=6.68,P<0.01)、职务级别(F=5.13,P<0.01)、工作年限(F=12.50,P<0.01)、月平均收入(F=24.49,P<0.01)方面存在显著差异;婚姻、学历、工作年限负向预测心理健康得分;工作事件、社交事件可正向预测心理健康得分。结论:事业单位工作人员总体心理状况良好,工作事件、社交事件降低该人群心理健康水平。Objective:To investigate the mental health status of public institution staff and to understand the impact of life events on the mental health of public institution staff.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 321 staff members in five institutions in Wuhu.The distribution differences of gender,age,marital status,position,working life and income were analyzed.The effects of gender,age,working life and life events on mental health were further explored.Results:The general situation of mental health status of public institution staff was better(121.59±22.02);The mental health level of public institution staff were different in gender(t=9.46,P<0.01),age(F=2.49,P<0.05),marital status(t=6.68,P<0.01),position level(F=5.13,P<0.01),working life(F=12.50,P<0.01),income(F=24.49,P<0.01).There were significant differences in marriage,educational background and working years negatively predicted mental health scores.Work events and social events positively predicted mental health scores.Conclusion:The general psychological status of public institution staff is good;Work events and social events reduce the mental health level of the population.
