摘 要:农村空间作为一种资源,其租值由该空间中发生的主要经济行为所决定。在乡村振兴中,"三产融合"开发农村空间资源,使空间租值由一产化定价向三产化定价转变,产生增量收益。但是,大多数地区由于空间资源定价制度不充分,普遍发生空间资源租值耗散,某种程度上构成对空间资源所有者的"隐性剥夺"。由于空间资源具有整体性和不可分性,亟须通过系统性创新重构开发模式和收益分配方式,完善空间资源定价制度。具体操作上,宜构建"三类市场"体系,从资源整合、实体运营和资金运作三个方面,完善资源交易、定价、开发和收益分配机制,创新空间资源价值资本深化的实现形式。The economic value of rural space resources is determined by the main economic behavior of the space. Under the condition of industrial convergence in agriculture, the rural spatial resources have achieved value-added constantly due to the tertiary industrialization, which is an important driving force to promote rural "industrial prosperity". However, due to the inadequate pricing system of space resources in most regions, the dissipation of space resource rent value generally occurs, which constitutes the "hidden deprivation" of space resource owners. Based on the integrity and indivisibility of space resources, it is urgent to reconstruct the development mode and income distribution mode through systematic innovation, and improve the pricing system of space resources. In terms of specific operation, it is suggested to build a "three-types market" system, improve the mechanism of resource transaction, pricing, development and income distribution from three aspects, including resource integration, entity operation and capital operation.
