摘  要:无粘结预应力技术具有节约钢材和混凝土用量、提高混凝土池壁抗裂防渗性能等经济技术优势。结合无粘结预应力技术在某污水处理厂圆形水池的施工应用实例,系统介绍了该技术的工艺流程、具体施工操作要点和计算分析、质量通病及预防等,并总结了该技术在圆形水池中应用的控制关键点和所具有的优点,以期对类似工程施工应用起到指导借鉴作用。The unbonded prestressing technology has the economic and technical advantages such as saving steel and concrete consumption, improving the crack resistance and seepage prevention performance of concrete tank wall. Combined with the application of unbonded prestressing technology in a circular tank in a wastewater treatment plant, this paper systematically introduced the technological process, key points of concrete construction operation, calculation and analysis, common quality defects and prevention methods, and summarized the key points and advantages of the technology application in circular tank, with a view to providing guidance and reference for similar projects.
