摘　　要：人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)的兴起被称为"第四次工业革命"的开端,随着AI在硬件、算法以及应用领域的广泛应用,它为解决复杂性科学问题提供了新的概念和解决方案,也为如何在人工智能时代促进中医药学发展提供了新的思路和方法。有鉴于人工智能技术在生物医学及临床诊疗等方面应用的研究发展,本文从中医临床信息的智能化采集、中医智能临床决策与疗效评价、中药智能分类管理与智能中药处方、药物研发以及中医大健康管理等方面,介绍了目前人工智能技术在中医药领域中的研究进展与应用现状,提出了"智慧中医药",并展望了未来"智慧中医药"的发展前景。The rise of artificial intelligence(AI)is referred to as the beginning of"the fourth industrial revolution",following the rapid development of hardware,algorithm and application in AI,it is not only provides a new concepts and solutions to solve the problem of complexity science,and also provides a new thought and method to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).In this paper,based on the research development of AI technology applications in biomedical and clinical diagnosis and treatment,we introduced the AI technologies in the current situation of TCM research and application by the TCM clinical information of intelligent acquisition,intelligent clinical decision and efficacy evaluation of TCM,intelligent classification management,intelligent prescription and drug research and development of Chinese herbal medicine,and big health management.Furthermore,we proposed an"intelligent TCM",and prospected the development prospects of the"intelligent TCM".
