揿针对肿瘤抑郁模型小鼠血清学及海马结构的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨揿针对肿瘤抑郁造模小鼠血清学及海马结构的影响。方法选取健康雄性昆明小鼠45只,均在其腹腔内注射S180瘤株,制备肿瘤模型。肿瘤造模成功后,肿瘤小鼠均进行为期14 d的慢性不可预知温和刺激(CUMS)抑郁造模,造模成功后,按随机数字表法分为揿针组、传统针灸组,肿瘤抑郁造模组,以5只健康雄性昆明小鼠作为正常对照,集体饲养。揿针组、传统针灸组均针刺“百会”、“印堂”干预14 d。2周后观察小鼠海马结构改变,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定小鼠血清五羟色胺(5-HT)和肾上腺素(EBI)水平。结果与模型组相比,传统针灸组、揿针组均能提高小鼠血清中的5羟色胺含量,有统计学意义(P<0.01),且两组均能降低其肾上腺素(EBI)含量,有统计学意义(P<0.01),但揿针组小鼠的两项血清学含量水平低于传统针灸组小鼠的水平。揿针和传统针灸组小鼠海马结构得到改善。结论揿针能够改善肿瘤抑郁模型小鼠抑郁状态及海马结构,但是改善的疗效次于传统针灸组的疗效,两者联合能够起到事半功倍的疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of sputum on serology and hippocampal formation in mice with tumor depression.Methods Forty-five mice of healthy male Kunming mice were injected intraperitoneally with S180 tumor strain to prepare a tumor model.After the successful modeling of the tumor,the tumor mice were subjected to a 14-day chronic unpredictable mild stimulation(CUMS)depression model.After successful modeling,they were divided into an acupuncture group and a traditional acupuncture group according to the random number table method.The module was fed in groups with 5 healthy male Kunming mice as normal controls.The acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group all needled the Baihui(DU20)and Yintang(EX-HN3)for 14 days.After 2 weeks,the hippocampal changes in the mice were observed,and the serum levels of serotonin(5-HT)and epinephrine(EBI)were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with the model group,the traditional acupuncture group and the acupuncture group could increase the serotonin content in the serum of the mice,which was statistically significant(P<0.01),and both groups could reduce the content of epinephrine(EBI),with statistically significant differences(P<0.01),but the serum levels of the 2 groups in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the traditional acupuncture group.The hippocampal formation of the mice in the sputum needle and the traditional acupuncture group was improved.Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the depression status and hippocampal formation of mice with tumor depression,but the effect of improvement is lower than that of traditional acupuncture group.The combination of the two can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
