摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮不同纤维水平对大恒优质肉鸡胃肠道发育、免疫指标及血清生化指标的影响。选用1日龄健康大恒优质肉仔鸡公鸡600只,随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复15只,以苜蓿草粉为纤维源,各组分别饲喂粗纤维(CF)水平为2.5%、5%、7%和9%的试验日粮。试验期75 d。结果表明:(1)2.5%CF组高密度脂蛋白含量极显著低于5%、7%、9%CF组(P<0.01)。(2)2.5%CF组十二指肠相对重量、空肠的相对长度与肠道密度显著高于7%和9%CF组(P<0.05),而肌胃相对重量则极显著低于5%、7%、9%CF组(P<0.01);5%CF组十二指肠相对重量与长度显著高于7%、9%CF组(P<0.05),回肠相对重量显著高于9%CF组(P<0.05),而肌胃相对重量显著低于9%CF组(P<0.05);7%CF组肌胃相对重量显著低于9%CF组(P<0.05);9%CF组回肠相对长度显著高于2.5%、5%、7%CF组(P<0.05),而肠道密度极显著低于2.5%、5%、7%CF组(P<0.01);各处理间十二指肠形态结构无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)各处理间免疫器官指数和血清免疫指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,大恒优质肉鸡对粗纤维有一定的耐受能力,综合胃肠道发育、免疫指标和血清生化指标,日粮中大恒优质肉鸡粗纤维水平使用量不应超过7%。The objective of this study was to determine the effects of dietary fiber level on gastrointestinal tract development,immune indices and serum biochemical indices of Daheng broiler. A total of 600 healthy one-day-age Daheng male broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates per group and 15 broilers per replicate.Alfalfa meal was used as fiber source. Daheng broilers in the 4 groups were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 2.5%, 5%, 7% and 9% crude fiber, respectively. The experiment lasted for 75 days. The results showed as follows:(1) The content of high density lipoprotein in serum in 2.5% CF group was extremely significantly lower than those in5%, 7% and 9% CF groups(P<0.01).(2) The relative weight of duodenum, the relative length and density of jejunum in 2.5% were significantly higher than those in 7% and 9% CF groups(P<0.05), while the relative weight of gizzard in2.5% CF group was extremely significantly lower than those in 5%, 7% and 9% CF groups(P<0.01). The relative weight and length of duodenum in 5% CF group were significantly higher than those in 7% and 9% CF groups(P<0.05),the relative weight of ileum in 5% CF group was significantly higher than that in 9% CF group(P<0.05), while the relative weight of gizzard in 5% CF groups was significantly lower than that in 9% CF group(P<0.05). The relative weight of gizzard in 7% CF groups was significantly lower than that in 9% CF group(P<0.05). The relative length of the ileum in 9% CF group was significantly higher than those in 2.5%, 5% and 7% CF groups(P<0.05), while ileum density of in 9% CF group was extremely significantly lower than those in 2.5%, 5% and 7% CF groups(P<0.01). The morphology of duodenum in all CF groups were no significant differences(P>0.05).(3) The immune organ indices and serum immune indices in all CF groups were no significant differences(P>0.05).
