摘 要:采用现有双弹性层接触力模型计算考虑涂层的含间隙转动副法向接触力时,为保证计算精度需要反复试算来确定合适的离散角度,导致计算过程复杂且耗费时间。针对上述问题,基于Winkler弹性基础模型和Hertz椭圆形压力分布假设推导出了接触力与法向变形量的解析表达式,建立了一种修正的双弹性层接触力模型,避免了对接触角进行离散。通过对比分析解析解和有限元数值解,结果表明修正的双弹性层接触力模型既能保证计算结果准确性又能显著降低计算耗时。Currently,when the contact-force model featuring double elastic layers is adopted to calculate the normal contact force of coated revolute joints with clearance,repeated tests are needed for the optimal dispersion angle,in order to ensure a high standard of accuracy.As a result,the computational process is complicated and time-consuming.In order to solve these problems,in this article,based on Winkler elastic foundation model and Hertz assumption of elliptic pressure distribution,a modified contact-force model featuring double elastic layers is worked out,which reveals the relationship between contact force and normal deformation and avoids the possibilities of dispersing the contact angles.The analysis is conducted on the analytical and FEM solutions,and the results indicate that the modified model,compared with its traditional counterpart,is significantly time-saving and accurate.
