摘  要:民航地面除冰系统中选用往复泵作为供液动力装置,以保证高黏度除冰液的物理化学性质。为抑制往复泵的流量脉动,设计了一种新型双面凹槽凸轮泵。该新型泵采用空间对称的布局方式:凸轮端面设置由多段曲线拟合轮廓形成的凹槽,两端面的凹槽轮廓呈90°的相位差;两组液压缸沿凸轮径向对称排列。修正正弦运动规律,设计出“正弦加速—等速—正弦减速—静止”的新型运动规律。采用解析法建立双面凹槽凸轮的轮廓曲线数学模型,对活塞杆进行运动学分析,进而精确设计凸轮的轮廓曲线。仿真分析双面凹槽凸轮泵的流量特性,对比试验数据,验证了该新型泵能有效地降低流量脉动。该研究有利于民航地面特种设备的研制。In the civil-aviation ground deicing system,the reciprocating pump is used as the power-supply device to ensure the physical and chemical properties of the high-viscosity deicing fluid.In order to reduce the flow pulsation in the reciprocating pump,a new double-sided groove’s cam-driven pump is proposed.The new pump adopts the symmetrical structural layout in the space;the cam’s end face is provided with a groove formed by the fitting contour of the multi-segment curves,and the groove curves at both end faces have a phase difference of 90°.The two sets of hydraulic cylinders are symmetrically arranged along the cam’s radial direction.A new motion law of“sinusoidal acceleration-constant speed-sinusoidal deceleration-stationary”is worked out by modifying the Sine motions law.The analytical method is adopted to set up the mathematical model of the contour curves of the double-sided groove’s cam,and the kinematic analysis on the piston rod is carried out to accurately design the contour curves of the cam.The flow characteristics of the double-sided groove’s cam-driven pump are simulated and analyzed.The experimental data is compared to verify that the new pump can effectively reduce the flow pulsation.This study is beneficial to the development of civil-aviation ground special equipment.
