摘  要:针对钢/铜双金属复合管在连轧减径过程中的复合特点,选用KOCKS轧机系统的切线孔型,并分析了切线孔型的连轧优势,最后通过有限元模拟和采用三机架三辊Y型连轧管试验机组进行试验研究,可得钢/铜双金属复合管经过切线孔型连轧后复合管周向直径值差异很小,圆度精度非常好且尺寸精度高,复合管周向厚度均匀度偏差在2.8%以内,轴向壁厚均匀度偏差在2%以内,证明采用基于KOCKS轧机系统的切线孔型对钢/铜双金属复合管进行连轧满足实际生产的精度要求。According to the composite characteristics of steel/copper bimetal composite pipe in the process of connecting and reducing the diameter,the tangential groove based on the KOCKS rolling mill system is proposed,and the advantages of the tangential hole pattern is explored.Finally,by means of the finite-element simulation and the experiment of the three-rack threeroller Y-type rolling mill system,after the steel/copper bimetal composite pipe is rolled through the tangential hole pattern,the conclusions are as follows:the circumferential diameter value difference is minor,the roundness precision is good,and the dimension precision is high,the circumferential thickness unevenness of the composite pipe is less than 2.8%,and the axial wallthickness unevenness is less than 2%.It proves that the application of the tangential hole pattern based on the KOCKS mill system to the continuous rolling of steel/copper bimetal composite pipe is accurate in the actual production.
