摘 要:稻瘟病是影响水稻生产的重要病害,明确水稻品种对稻瘟病的抗性水平,对培育抗病品种,指导品种布局具有重要意义,特别是南繁水稻品种(系)一直缺少抗瘟性鉴定评价。试验初次探讨“菌种北育,南繁抗鉴”的方法,并获得成功,同时对吉林省部分南繁水稻材料进行了苗期人工接种鉴定,并进行了南北方结果对比,结果表明南北方苗期接种抗鉴吻合度可达91. 67%。为避免或者减轻稻瘟病的发生,吉林省水稻育种中应选用具有高抗病血缘的亲本材料,要更广泛收集抗病资源或亲本。Rice blast is an important rice disease affecting rice production.Clarifying the resistance levels of rice verities to rice blast is of great significance for breeding disease-resistant varieties and guiding rice variety layout,especially when the breeding of rice varieties(or lines)in Hainan has been lacking in identification evaluation of resistance to rice blast.In this study,the method of“Breeding strains in north,identifying in south”was assessed and conducted successfully by artificial inoculation on the part of Jilin province rice seedlings bred in Hainan.The results showed that the consistency of seedling inoculation resistance identification in north and south was 91.67%.In order to avoid or alleviate the occurrence of rice blast,parent materials with high disease-resistant blood source should be selected in rice breeding in Jilin province,and disease-resistant resources or parents should be collected more widely.
