摘　　要：院士工作站是推动高端人才和创新要素向企业集聚的重要举措,相较陕西、广东、浙江,江苏的企业院士工作站建设存在支持力度不够大、建设模式相对单一、与产业发展结合不够紧密等问题,在建设的实在性、支持的持续性和考核的柔性方面有较强的需求,本文提出应以系统化思维、需求为导向、改革为突破提升企业院士工作站建设质量。Academician workstation is an important measure to promote the gathering of high-end talents and innovative elements to enterprises.Compared with Shanxi,Guangdong and Zhejiang,There are some problems in the construction of academician workstations in enterprises in Jiangsu,such as insufficient support.relatively single construction mode,and insufficient integration with industrial development.There is a strong demand for practicality of construction,sustainability of support and flexibility of assessment.The construction quality of academician workstation in enterprises should be improved with systematic thinking,demand-oriented and reform-oriented breakthroughs.
