摘 要:文章以某输电线路110 kV混压窄基角钢塔结构为研究对象,建立了角钢塔结构的梁-杆混合单元模型,对该结构分别进行了静力分析和屈曲分析;对该输电塔真型结构进行加载试验,有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合较好;将计算结果与试验结果值作对比分析,结果表明该输电塔的整体强度、刚度能够满足工程要求;根据有限元计算结果与试验结果,给出了该类窄基角钢塔设计限值的建议值。该文分析方法和结果可为该类型窄基角钢塔的力学性能评估及其破坏模式研究提供参考。In this paper, a mixed-voltage narrow base angle steel tower in 110 kV transmission line engineering is taken as analytical object. In the finite element analysis, the model of the beam and rod elements of the transmission tower structure is established. Based on the model, the mechanical analysis and buckling analysis of the transmission tower structure are carried out. The mechanical test of the tower failure is also done. The results of the finite element analysis for the tower are in good agreement with the test results. By comparing the calculation results with the test results, it shows that the strength and stiffness of the transmission tower can satisfy the engineering requirements. A proposed value of the design limit of the tower is given based on the finite element analysis and the test results. The analysis method and results of the present paper provide a reference for the research on the mechanical properties and failure patterns of the same type of narrow base angle steel towers.
