基于创新创业训练计划项目培养创新型人才的问题与对策研究——以常熟理工学院为例

摘　　要：自2012年实施大学生创新创业训练计划以来全国各高校均高度重视,项目立项数量逐年增加。常熟理工学院2015至2019年各级各类大学生创新创业训练计划项目实施中存在的主要问题包括参与创新创业项目的大学生比例偏低、项目团队组建不够合理及项目终止或延期结题现象时有发生。解决的主要对策有构建“四位一体”创新创业空间,构建“跨专业、跨年级”创新团队以及构建“高效、协同”的创新创业项目管理机制。since the implementation of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students in 2012,colleges and universities all over the country have attached great importance to it,and the number of project projects has increased year by year.From 2015 to 2019,the main problems in the implementation of various types of innovation and entrepreneurship training programs for college students at all levels in Changshu Institute of technology include the low proportion of college students participating in innovation and entrepreneurship projects,the unreasonable formation of project teams,and the frequent occurrence of project termination or delayed conclusion.The main solutions are to build a"four in one"innovation and entrepreneurship space,to build a"cross professional,cross grade"innovation team,and to build a"efficient,collaborative"innovation and entrepreneurship project management mechanism.
