新时代下轨道交通专业人才培养方法探讨——以《机车车辆工程》专业课程改革为例

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议下国家对轨道交通高级专业人才的需求逐渐增加,而“新工科”和“以本为本”的高等教育对本科生的培养提出更高的要求,因此,高等本科院校对轨道交通专业人才的培养愈显重要。面对社会对专业人才的新需求和教育对人才的培养目标,在现有课程体系和培养模式逐步完善的基础上,有必要做好专业课程的改革。文章以《机车车辆工程》教学改革为例,详细介绍了中南大学交通运输工程学院对从加强教学团队建设、强化实践实习环节和提高课堂教学质量等方面对该课程的改革措施,尤其对企业工程师进课堂、虚拟现实技术引入课堂等举措做了详细论述,最后对课程改革效果反响和后续努力方向做了必要的分析。Under the"Belt and Road"initiative,the demand for professionals in railway transport gradually increases,and"new engineering"and"based on"higher education have put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of undergraduates.The training of professionals in railway transport in undergraduate colleges and universities is becoming more and more important.In order to satisfy the needs of the society for professional talents and achieve the training objectives of high education,it is necessary to reform the professional courses on the basis of the existing curriculum system and training mode.Taking the teaching reform of Locomotive and Vehicle Engineering as an example,this article introduces in detail the measures taken by the School of Transportation Engineering of Central South University to reform the course in terms of strengthening the construction of teaching teams,intensifying practical links and improving the quality of classroom teaching,especially for enterprise engineers.In these measures,"enterprise engineers give lectures"and"teaching with virtual reality technology"are discussed in detail.Finally,the reverberation of curriculum reform is discussed and the direction of follow-up efforts are analyzed.
