摘 要:介绍了国内某钢厂采用电炉转炉化工艺炼钢的生产实践。分别对热装铁水比例在70%和85%的炉次,从通电时间、冶炼周期、脱碳速度、炉渣成分、终点钢水成分、炉壳和炉盖寿命、原料消耗、电极消耗、能源介质消耗和生产成本等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明,50 t电炉热装铁水比例为85%时实现了非通电冶炼,验证了电炉转炉化是一种可行的炼钢生产工艺;采用顶部水冷氧枪吹炼工艺,有效缩短了冶炼周期、降低了能耗、节约了成本、提高了钢水质量。This paper introduces the production practice of a steel plant in China which adopts the steelmaking process of EAF converterize.With the hot charging hot metal ratio 70%and 85%respectively,the comparison and analysis are made from the aspects of power time,smelting cycle,de-carbonization speed,slag composition,end-point molten steel composition,furnace shell life and furnace cover life,raw material consumption,electrode consumption,energy medium consumption and production cost.The results show that the non electrified smelting is realized when the hot charging hot metal ratio of 50 t EAF is 85%,which proves that converterize of electric furnace is a feasible steelmaking process.Adopting the top water-cooled oxygen lance blowing process effectively shortens the smelting cycle,reduces the energy consumption,saves the cost and improves the quality of molten steel.
