堇青石预制砖焦炉炉门节能分析

摘  要:从焦炉炉门砖材质的理化指标、安装结构、外表面的散热损失、表面粘附物的挂结等多个方面,分析对比了堇青石预制砖和粘土砖炉门的特点。分析结果认为:与传统粘土砖炉门相比,堇青石预制砖炉门具有更好的保温、节能效果。更换堇青石预制砖后,焦炉炉门外表面温度降低约30℃,焦炉的能耗指标大幅降低,具有良好的推广价值。The characteristics of cordierite brick and clay brick door are analyzed and compared from the aspects of physical and chemical indexes,installation structure,heat loss of external surface,and surface adhesion.The results show that compared with the traditional clay brick door,cordierite brick door has better heat preservation and energy saving effect.After the replacement of cordierite brick,the outside surface temperature of e coke oven is reduced by about 30℃,and the energy consumption index of the coke oven is greatly reduced.It has good promotion value.
