摘 要:在冰蓄冷系统中,冰球式蓄冰槽是一种常用的蓄冰设备;通过相变材料的潜热保存冷量。对冰球式蓄冰槽内冰球的冻结和解冻过程进行了数值模拟,通过对比冻结曲线和解冻曲线,探究了冰球不同的排布方式对冰球冻结速率和解冻速率的影响。结果显示:采用顺排方式的蓄冰槽冰球冻结时间为29400 s,而采用错排方式的蓄冰槽冰球冻结时间为25200 s,错排方式能够提高冰球在预冷阶段的冷却速率,从而降低冻结时间;在解冻过程中,错排方式融冰相变过程的时间明显小于顺排方式,而融冰后的显热阶段两种排列方式的差异不大。In the ice storage system,the ice storage tank with spherical capsules is a common ice storage equipment.In this paper,the freezing and thawing processes of spherical capsules in the ice storage tank were simulated numerically.The effect of capsules arrangement on their freezing and thawing rate was explored by comparing the freezing curve and thawing curve.The results showed that the freezing time of parallel spherical capsules in the ice storage tank was 29400 s while it was 25200 s for the staggered spherical capsules.The latter one could improve the cooling rate of the capsules in the pre-cooling stage,and thus reduce the freezing time.In the thawing process,the time of phase-change heat transfer in the staggered mode was obviously less than that in the parallel mode,and the difference between these two arrangements for the sensible heat transfer after thawing was not obvious.
