摘  要:国际工程承包市场盛行EPC(总承包)模式,在EPC模式下工程承包商负责整个工程项目所需设备和主要材料的采购,通常设备、材料能占工程总造价的60%-70%。因此,公司采购部门强化设备采购合同谈判,创新、优化谈判技法,降低了工程设备、材料的采购成本,对于工程企业增加效益,降低工程造价具有十分重要的意义。EPC mode is prevailing in international engineering contracting market, where the contractor shall be liable for the purchase of the equipment and materials needed by the whole engineering project. The purchase of the equipment and materials usually accounts for 60-70% of the total project cost. Therefore, the purchasing department of engineering enterprise can reduce purchasing cost and increase benefit through strengthening contract negotiation, and innovating and optimizing negotiation techniques, because reducing the cost of engineering is of great significance for increasing the benefits of engineering enterprise.
