摘　　要：本文以燃料电池汽车技术为例,根据《国家技术创新中心建设工作指引》的规定,分析了国家技术创新中心肩负的知识产权使命,结合国家新能源汽车技术创新中心建设的实际情况,探讨国家技术创新中心在建设过程中面临的知识产权问题,并提出促进国家技术创新中心建设的知识产权政策建议。According to The Guidance on the Construction of the National Center for Technology Innovation,the paper takes the technology of fuel cell vehicles as an example,and analyzes the intellectual property mission of national center for technology innovation(NCTI).Moreover,based on the actual situation of national center for new energy automotive technology innovation,the paper discusses the key issues faced in the process of constructing NCTI,and puts forward the suggestions for promoting the construction of NCTI.
