摘  要:空间天线导体结构的材质及涂层既影响天线工作电磁场的能量损耗,也影响天线的热辐射和热平衡过程。文中从天线系统的致热机理出发分析了某喇叭天线内部热量的产生机理,构建了电磁场-热多物理场耦合仿真计算模型,模拟了4种不同涂层及材质天线方案的热损耗量和热平衡过程。研究表明,天线导体本体采用碳纤维材质和进行铬酸盐表面处理,都将引入较大的热损耗,导致热真空条件下天线的热平衡时间长,工作温度高,最高达265℃。采用铝合金镀金材质的天线体,辅以热控漆,在热真空条件下获得了良好的热控效果,达到热平衡的时间缩短至20 min,最高温度也显著降低至115℃。The material and coating of space antenna structure affect not only the energy loss of the electromagnetic field of the antenna,but also the thermal radiation and thermal balance process.Based on the mechanism of electromagnetic field of the antenna system,the mechanism of heat generation in a horn antenna is analysed.A simulation model of the electromagnetic field-thermal multi-physical field coupling is established.The heat loss and heat balance process of the antenna system using different materials and different thermal control coatings are simulated and analysed.The results show that both the chromate coating and carbon fiber material as antenna conductors introduce large thermal loss,which leads to a long thermal balance process and a high work temperature(up to 265℃)in thermal vacuum environment.The antenna with aluminum alloy body gold-plated and supplemented with thermal control coating is recommended.Further simulation shows these thermal control methods lead to good results.The thermal equilibrium time is shortened to 20 min and the temperature is reduced to 115℃.
